More About The Tampa Palms CDD

The Tampa Palms CDD is a unit of government that operates under the "Sunshine" which is to say that the Board members must adhere to the State's "government in the sunshine" laws and may  discuss CDD business ONLY at duly noticed, public meetings.

The CDD Board, under the leadership of Chairman Field, has adopted a direction statement, mission statement, declaration of core values and board leadership roles to guide CDD decisions and make CDD operations accountable to the citizens.

These sign posts of governance are reviewed annually and adjusted, if necessary, to reflect changing requirements.
