The Tampa Palms Community Development District
is a unit of special government in the State of Florida.
The Tampa Palms CDD owns parks, storm water
ponds, landscape tracts and takes care of the common areas along
the boulevards in Tampa Palms 1 & 2.
Some of these areas, such as along the
boulevards, belongs to the City of Tampa and some of it, such as
lake tracts and parks belongs to the CDD. These areas include:

Landscape along the boulevards in Tampa
Palms

Entrance monuments at Tampa Palms Blvd and
Amberly Blvd

Medians in the boulevards in Tampa Palms

Cul-de-sac landscape in public
rights-of-way in Tampa Palms villages

82 Storm water retention ponds.

Leadership for the Tampa Palms CDD is provided
by an elected Board of Supervisors.
