Combines Annual & Budget Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc., the Tampa Palms Owners Association will hold a combined Annual and Budget Meeting on September 19, 2023, at 7:00 PM at Compton Park, 16101 Compton Drive.

At that meeting the 2023-24 Budget, which has been approved by the Board of Directors, and will be presented to the Village Voting Representatives for review.

Each owner will receive a letter with the proposed budget and a summary of information on matters to come before the meeting, including proposed  CCR changes. The Budget and CCR proposed changes are available
