Architectural Standards & Criteria, Section 10:
“Swimming pools shall not be permitted on the street side of a residence except on a corner lot, in
which case the pool must be screened from the street. All pool screens and decks must be within the setback. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted.”
An RMC application must include the following:
- Site plans
that clearly depict front, back, and side setbacks must be submitted with the application.
- A clear diagram of the pool’s shape, depth, location, and any
addition features (i.e. spa, sun shelf) must be submitted with the application.
- All proposed screening (i.e. white or bronze screen enclosure,
fence, barrier, etc.) must be submitted with the application. Screening specifications must show the material, type, location to the pool, and height.
- All proposed pool decking must be submitted with the application
(i.e. Kooldeck, concrete, brick).

A landscape plan must accompany application for pools located on corner lots.
